These terms apply when you book or pay for a numerology reading from Bhagwati S Sharma ("we", "us") through this website, the booking calendar, WhatsApp or email.
By booking or paying, you agree to them.
1. Our services
We offer online numerology consultations and written reports, including name analysis, life readings, compatibility readings, business numerology, mobile number checks and date selection. Sessions take place over Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp video. What each reading includes, its length and its fee are listed on the website at the time you book.
2. Nature of numerology
Numerology is a traditional practice for reflection and guidance. Readings are interpretations, not predictions or guarantees of any outcome. A reading does not replace advice from a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, counsellor or other qualified professional, and you should not delay or ignore such advice because of a reading. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.
3. Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old to book. Readings for a child or another person may be booked by a parent, guardian or someone with that person's consent.
4. Information you give us
Readings depend on the name and date of birth you provide. Please check them carefully. We are not responsible for a reading based on incorrect details you supplied. If you notice a mistake before your session, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.
5. Fees and payment
- Fees are shown in Indian rupees (₹) for clients in India and US dollars ($) for clients outside India.
- Clients in India pay through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Clients outside India pay through PayPal.
- Payment is due before your session. A booking that has not been paid within 24 hours, or by the session start time if sooner, may be cancelled.
- Fees include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your bank or PayPal may charge currency conversion or transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
- We may change our fees at any time. A change does not affect a booking you have already paid for.
6. Sessions and reports
- Please join on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as missed. If you are late by less, the session will still end at its scheduled time.
- Written reports are sent by email as a PDF within 48 hours of the session, unless we agree a different time with you.

7. Use of reports
Reports and session content are for your personal use. You may not republish, resell or share them commercially without our written permission.
8. Conduct
We may end a session, without refund, if a client is abusive or threatening. We will not provide readings intended to harm or deceive another person.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a reading is limited to the fee you paid for that reading. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on a reading.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you book applies to that booking.
